Shipping/Returns

Shipping Information:
Each bag/item is made to order. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. In case of delay, we will notify you by email or phone. Costs for shipping within the Contiguous USA are:
$5 flat fee for orders under $50
$10 flat fee for orders $51-99
FREE for orders $100 and above.


TAXES
For orders shipped within the state of Ohio, a 6.5% Sales Tax will be applied. For orders shipped within the state of Indiana, a 7.0% sales tax will be applied. All other delivery locations will not incur sales tax.


DOTTIE G- RETURN POLICY
• Dottie G Monogram Shop makes returns easy. You just simply return your order within 30 days.
• To make a return, please obtain a return authorization by contacting Dottie G Monogram Shop via email at sales@dottieg.com or by calling (866) 707-0598.
• Dottie G Monogram Shop will refund or credit the value of the merchandise and any taxes charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. (not for exchanges)
• Circle the item you wish to return on a copy of your original packing slip or email confirmation and indicate a reason for return.
• Please provide a telephone number or email address so we may contact you.
• Any custom and monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items, marked “Final Sale” or “Closeout” are non-returnable.
• Dottie G Monogram Shop cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled.
• All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. For an exchange, additional shipping charges will be made to ship the new item. Dottie G will let you know those charges before you are charged and item is shipped.
